Front panel software
This page describes the Front Panel Display. Turn the encoder to move; press to select. Every list ends with BACK. Changes stay in sync with the web interface.
The home screen is METERS. After 30 seconds of encoder inactivity the panel returns there. That timeout is separate from the PIN auto-lock.
Meters
Two rows of live bars (−80 to 0 dBFS):
| Row | Channels |
|---|---|
| INPUT | 1–4 analogue, 5–8 digital |
| OUTPUT | 1–4 speaker outputs |
- A muted output shows a mute symbol and a dim red bar.
- A bridged pair is drawn cyan. The unused half of the pair mirrors the master.
Press the encoder to open the main menu.
Main menu
METERS · INPUTS · ZONES · OUTPUTS · STATUS · SETTINGS
A trailing * on an input, zone, or output means that channel has advanced settings (user EQ from the web interface). A bridged output is labelled OUTPUT n - BRIDGED (and * if it also has advanced settings).
The panel lists channels as ANALOGUE 1–4, DIGITAL 1–4, ZONE 1–4 and OUTPUT 1–4. Custom names from the web interface are not shown on this display.
Inputs
| Channel | Items |
|---|---|
| ANALOGUE 1–4 | GAIN, SENSITIVITY (+12dBu, +28dBu, +4dBu, −10dBV), RESET ADVANCED |
| DIGITAL 1–4 | TRIM |
There is no EQ editor on the panel.
Zones
LEVEL, SOURCE, RESET ADVANCED.
Source list: ANALOGUE 1–4, DIGITAL 1–4, MIX 1–4, GENERATOR.
Outputs
GAIN, SOURCE, LPF TYPE, LPF FREQ., HPF TYPE, HPF FREQ., DELAY, POLARITY, PRESET, OUTPUT MODE, MUTE, RESET ADVANCED.
| Item | Values |
|---|---|
| Source | ZONE 1–4 |
| Polarity | NORMAL, INVERTED |
| Output mode | OFF, NORMAL, BRIDGE |
| Mute | OFF, ON |
| Delay | milliseconds |
| Crossover type | OFF, 1ST, BE-12, BW-12, LR-12, BE-18, BW-18, LR-18, BE-24, BW-24, LR-24, BE-48, BW-48, LR-48 |
PRESET opens a browser: SELECT SERIES → model → preset. The first series list also has FLAT (no speaker processing).
Status
| Page | Fields |
|---|---|
| DEVICE | NAME, MODEL, SERIAL, TEMP, FW PKG, FW CORE, FW AUX, FW UI, FW PANEL, LIBRARY, LIB VER |
| ETHERNET | STATUS, MAC, IP, SUBNET |
| WIFI | STATUS, MAC, SSID, IP, SUBNET |
| WIFI AP | STATUS, MAC, SSID, IP, SUBNET |
| EXPANSION | TYPE (NONE or DANTE 4X4), MUTE, CLOCK, SAMPLE RATE, MAC, IP, SUBNET |
IP and subnet show N/A when that interface is down. Expansion clock reads DISABLED, MASTER INT., MASTER EXT., SLAVE SYNC, or SLAVE NO SYNC.
WIFI AP shows the SSID, not the password.
Settings
FAN · POWER · GENERATOR · LOCK · RESET
| Item | Options |
|---|---|
| Fan CURVE | STANDARD, QUIET, PERFORMANCE |
| Power MODE | AUDIO, AUDIO (ECO), AUDIO (DIGITAL), TRIGGER (ECO), TRIGGER, NETWORK |
| Power MUTE / STANDBY | minutes (0 = off) |
| Generator | LEVEL, SOURCE (WHITE NOISE or SINE), SINE FREQ. |
| Reset | CONFIRM — wipes user configuration and restarts. The panel shows Resetting Device / The Amplifier is resetting, please wait... |
PIN lock
SETTINGS → LOCK
| Item | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| SET PIN | Four digits. Turn to set digit, press to confirm. Enter once (ENTER PIN), then again (CONFIRM PIN). A mismatch shows PIN Mismatch — Those PINs don't match - try again. |
| CLEAR PIN | Needs the current PIN. Also clears the lock and auto-lock. |
| AUTO-LOCK | OFF, 30 SEC, 1 MIN, 5 MIN, 15 MIN, 30 MIN, 1 HR of encoder inactivity |
| LOCK NOW | Needs a PIN. Returns to meters. The lock overlay appears on the next encoder press. |
Until a PIN is set, lock is not available (No PIN Set / Set a PIN first.).
The lock overlay is titled LOCKED. Turning the encoder does nothing until you press, then enter the four digits. A wrong PIN shows Incorrect PIN. Unlock is remembered until you lock again or auto-lock expires.
The web interface is not affected by the panel lock.
Reset Advanced
Confirm NO / YES.
- Input or output: turns all user EQ bands off and clears the * flag
- Zone: clears the flag only (zones have no user EQ)
It does not remove a speaker preset, mute, delay, or names.
Firmware update
While the amplifier is flashing, the display shows FIRMWARE UPDATE, a progress bar, Updating firmware..., and Do not power off. The encoder is ignored until the update finishes.
